CLASSES ARE FOR ALL AGES – 0-100yrs

FUN yoga classes for the whole family. Join this course and you will experience a variety of postures, breathing techniques and relaxations that all the family can do.

These classes are varied to suit the range of ages—from baby to OAP.

The classes include traditional yoga, yoga and song, and yoga stories, and much more…
